I believe the answer is: Liberal feminism

Offending in this situation refers to the act of causing a certain level of resentment toward a certain group of people.
This resentment often come from having to face discrimination/unequal standing. So, as females gained more opportunity like men in this context, the chances of females making the same offend toward others would also be increased.
