The length of a parking lot is 4 yards more than the width. If the area of the parking lot is 60 square yards, find the dimensions of the parking lot.

Length =x+4

X(x+4)=60

X^2 +4x=60

(X+10)(x-4)

X=-10 and 4

Can’t use -10. So the answer is width =4. Length =8
