Replace “la tele” with “la” and put it before the verb. So it should be “La estoy mirando.” Alternatively, you can place the pronoun after the second verb: “Estoy mirándola” Do not forget to put an accent on the 2nd to last vowel before you added the pronoun. Hope this helps.
