In the state of Florida, a pre-trial discussion between attorneys and witnesses in criminal cases is frowned upon. Do you think it is ethical for attorneys to talk to witnesses before a trial begins? Why or why not?
Not ethnically to talk to witnesses before trial as a attorney because a attorney could change or alter the witnesses’ testimony and taint the trial from being fair.
