How can you prevent insomnia?
A. Go to bed sometime before midnight.
B, Don't drink energy drinks or drinks containing caffeine before bed.
C. Exercise strenuously in the late evenings.
D. You can't prevent insomnia.

I would say C. I'm not entirely sure, but that's what makes the most sense to me :)
B makes a lot more sense than others but C is a good one also but I would put B
