The settlers where ALL about making money and taking everything they can, while the Native Americans believed that they had to do all these things to keep balance.
Quite obviously the conflict would end up being the Native Americans getting angry because the settlers where doing whatever they wanted on the Native Americans land

The native ameircans hunted their food and were very independent, as the settlers weren't. They relied on eachother for food
