You will use your emotions instead of your rational side. You will not think of how big and strong the attacker is, but you just want to save your child by defending him all that you can. This is an example of an emotional hijack that does well for our lives.
An emotional hijack can also be bad. For example, we might do irrational things when we are experiencing a lot of problems. When we have a family problem at home, and also your co-worker does not do their job well. Instead of being rational and finishing the problem one by one, you cry and snap at your co-worker. This is an example of how emotional hijack can be bad in our lives.
