Director of National Intelligence
The Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act is a 235 page Act of Congress that was signed into law by President George W. Bush on December 17, 2004 in response to the September 11, 2001 terror attacks. It established the position of Director of National Intelligence, the National Counterterrorism Center, and the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board.
