You wrote the equation of the line that goes through AC, but it wants the equations of the lines that go through the orthocenter. Recall that the orthocenter is the point where the altitudes intersect. It looks like you've drawn in one of the altitudes. The other two will be along the line segments AB and BC. It turns out that for any right triangle, two of the altitudes are along the legs of the triangle.

So the orthocenter is at point B which is (-3,1)
The two equations you can use is x = -3 and y = 1. There's no need to find the third equation.
