f(3) = 2(3)^2 - 3(3) + 1 = 18 - 9 + 1 = 10
f(2) = 2(2)^2 - 3(2) + 1 = 8 - 6 = 2
Then f(3) - f(2) = 10 - 2 = 8 (answer)
